Open the game, select the server, click the 3 dolls icon, choose a name (if you want), and click "Play".

Yes, the cells will eventually come together again. If your cells are larger, it will take longer until they can join, so takes up more space in general. This can allow you eat more smaller cells, but also makes it dangerous to navigate between larger enemies.

You probably ran into a black hole or someone ejected mass for the black hole until it touched you. The holes affect only the cells that are bigger than them, so as long as you are not too large, it can be a safe haven for you. You may have also attempted to "absorb it," as if it were another player. If you do this, your cell will explode into many smaller cells, leaving it vulnerable to attacks!

Open the game > Check the "Skin" > Click on the question mark > Choose a skin! Remembering that we have some skins that can only be used after reaching such a level.

You can, above the "Play" button, clear the "Name" and "Skin" option. That way you will not see any skin or names, this function will disable the chat!

Simplicial Software cannot recover your Google or Facebook account, only Google or Facebook can do that. After you have secured your account let us know and we can log out any other devices that are using your Nebulous account.

Click on the account menu icon >
Request Friend > Specify Account ID > Click on "OK".

You can also request friend from a person who are on chat, your clan or players on room.
To do it: Click on the player nickname > View Profile > Request Friend.

Click on the account menu icon > Clan >
If you know the name of the clan: Click on "Join Clan" > Enter the Clan Name and click "OK".

If you want to join a random clan, do the same procedure and click on "JOIN RANDOM CLAN"

You can also join the clan of a person who are on chat, your friendlist or players on room. To do it: Click on the player nickname > View Profile > Clan > Join Clan.

Some clans are private, you can only enter if someone invites you.

Local custom skin is 256x256 with no compression. Uploaded custom skin is 128x128 with compression so there may be some quality reduction.

When you upload a skin you are paying for the ability to use the skin AND for it to be reviewed.

Therefore we do not refund uploads.

If you want to add your own skin for the game (for all to use), firstly you have to know that is not so easy, thousands of people are asking for their own skin. However, you can give a try: Just send an email to us at support@simplicialsoftware.com and expect to be accepted.

If nothing appears, it means that is affected by high response time (lag) in the game. Please try restarting your modem from your internet (if wifi).

You can uncheck the option "Names" before you start the game. Remember, it will not appear on the names blobs and chat is disabled.

Skin Menu -> Enable custom skins (10,000 plasma) -> Click custom skin icon -> Account Uploads -> Upload (10,000 plasma per upload) -> Wait for it to be approved

64x64 pixel for uploads, 128x128 for local personalized pet.

It must adhere to our guidelines and the guidelines are not exhaustive. If something is obviously bad it is rejected. If it is not obviously bad it is refunded.

Buy it from the shop, use the Free Plasma menu, play on weekends when there is 2x plasma, or farm it in small games.

Public games with split run is usually the fastest way. Private games give less XP but it is easier to farm. There are many youtube videos you can look up for strategies. Don't forget to buy 2x or 3x XP boost from the shop.

Account Menu -> Clan Menu -> Contribute plasma (100 to 10,000 plasma, never refunded).

Click the color button next to your name.

Clan plasma is used for clan skins or clan pets as well as other perks such as clan house, renaming the clan, etc.

Some things to check:
Is the internet connection shared with other people?
Can you try a different internet connection?
Are apps running or updating in the background?
Try restarting your phone.
Try disabling custom skins in the options menu. Custom skins must be downloaded which can cause lag.
